It doesn't get much better than this fresh and summery low carb beverage. With fresh mint, lime juice and tasty rum, this drink will certainly be a new favorite.
1cupMineral water8 ounces (use less if using simple syrup)
Additional mint and lime for garnish.
Instructions
Fill two glasses with ice.
Muddle the mint leaves with a wooden spoon in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
Juice the limes on top of the mint. You will want about 2 oz. of juice.
Add the rum and stevia to the cocktail shaker. Shake the ingredients together and pour over the ice. If you want to adjust sweetness to taste you can sweeten as the final step, stirring in the sweetener.
Top with mineral water and give it a light stir. Garnish with additional mint and lime.
