Here is a very simple marinade or dressing that pairs well with fish, chicken, avocados, or raw veggies.

Paleo Maple Mustard Dressing

  • Yield: 1/2 cup or 4 2-tbsp servings
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes

The goods:

  • 1/4 c. avocado oil mayo
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp stone ground mustard

The game plan:

  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk with a fork.

Notes:

Try adding a little Cheyenne pepper for a kick.
