Ingredients for Peach Salad Dressing

Ingredients used for peach salad dressing.

Peach - Select any variety of ripe peach. Frozen peaches would work, but they should be thawed and any excess moisture should be drained before using.

Olive Oil - A high-quality extra virgin olive oil will work best in this recipe.

Maple Syrup - A touch of maple syrup brings out the natural sweetness in the peach.

Lemon Juice - A bit of lemon juice elevates the tanginess, making this dressing perfectly balanced.

See the full ingredient list and measurements in the recipe card below.

Possible Substitutions

  • ½ cup of any ripe, sweet and tangy stone fruit or berry would work in place of a peach.
  • Maple syrup can be substituted with honey, agave, or even granulated sugar.
  • Swap lemon juice for white balsamic vinegar or champagne vinegar.
