    We are down to the last nine days of the Whole30! Maybe things are getting easier for you by this time, or maybe you are getting bored. Either way, there are nine tasty dinners on this week's menu that will help get you through to the end!

    Day 1

    Slow Cooker Italian Meatballs

    Servings: 30 meatballs

    Cook Time: 6 hours 15 minutes

    Orange Ginger Salmon Skillet

    Servings: 2 people

    Cook Time: 25 minutes

    This Orange Ginger Salmon Skillet from Christina at Castaway Kitchen is one of my favorites on the menu. It is nutrient dense and full of fresh citrus and Asian-inspired flavor.

    Day 6

    Mississippi Roast

    Servings: 8 people

    Cook Time: 4 hours

    This paleo version of the classic Mississippi roast from Tina at Oh Snap! Let's Eat! is something you can eat off for lunches for the rest of your time on Whole30. This recipe uses butter, so you will want to swap that out with ghee to make it Whole30-complaint.

    Day 7

    Cashew Chicken

    Servings: 2 people

    Cook Time: 25 minutes

    Another a excellent 30-minute meal, this Cashew Chicken recipe is one of my favorites. Simple, flavorful and delicious.

    Jerk Salmon with Tropical Salsa

    Servings: 2 people

    Cook Time: 20 minutes

    Day 9

    Instant Pot Salsa Chicken Lettuce Wraps

    Servings: 4 people
